Tiana Mora is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Pacific Oaks College. She provides individual, child, and family therapy, supporting clients through Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief, OCD, ADHD, Career Transitions, Sexuality, LGBTQ+, and family stressors.

Tiana works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with experience in addressing behavioral challenges, trauma, generational trauma, and maternal mental health. She offers support during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. As a bilingual therapist, she provides services in both English and Spanish.

Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. Tiana integrates evidence-based, attachment-focused approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Humanistic therapy, and is also trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). She focuses on strengthening relationships, supporting emotional regulation, and helping clients create meaningful, lasting change.
