Paige brings a gentle, attuned presence to her work with clients. She meets people where they are, whether they are navigating grief, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection from themselves, and offers a grounded, compassionate space to explore what is present beneath the surface. She supports clients in developing new ways of coping and understanding themselves, gently guiding them toward greater clarity and more intentional patterns of living.

Paige provides Individual and Couples therapy and works with Adolescents and Adults. She has experience working with Depressive and Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Trauma and Stress, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Relationship/Marital Conflict, Life Transitions, Grief, and Self Esteem.

She supports LGBTQIA+ clients with care and understanding, including those navigating transition-related relationship changes.

Her approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. Paige believes healing happens through deep presence, safe connection, and a return to the wisdom of the body.

She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their process of growth and self-discovery.
